Shouldn't really have both indefinite and infinite in here - they're redundant. Normally I'd just take one out but I haven't bothered to log in, and this sort of thing should probably be discussed someplace anyway. I usually use indefinite because I'm used to it from wikipedia, and Teles uses indefinite, but I think Frosty uses infinite and I don't know what anyone else uses. And in any case most of us would probably not notice as there've not been any blocks to make lately.

And I guess I'll have to go through a captcha. Should have logged in...whatever... (Llwy-ar-lawr) 17:36, 24 December 2013 (UTC)

Excuse me, haven't been many blocks.
I think I'll talk to Frosty or Teles. ~Llwy ar lawr 17:43, 24 December 2013 (UTC)
Come to think of it, it might break something, since the expiry has been used places - or it might not. I'll try it and see. Got nothing really to do anyway. ~Llwy ar lawr 17:50, 24 December 2013 (UTC)
Did it. Special:Log/block still looks ok. Didn't do anything stupid. Blocks made with an 'infinite' expiry now display as 'indefinite'. Teles and I have used both options iirc, but frosty is used to infinite since enuncyc has that, so I should maybe revert myself, but it's probably not too big a deal. ~Llwy ar lawr 17:56, 24 December 2013 (UTC)
